Hope Is Lost

Rambix reader Andrew Rothman, Executive Director of the Minnesota Association of Defensive Firearm Instructors (http://www.madfi.org/), has put together a vidcap from the Twin Cities local Fox 9 News of Minneapolis Police spokesman Ron Reier giving self defense tips in the event you are confronted or attacked by vicious, savage, sociopathic, armed felons in Minneapolis.

I won't give away the details of these techniques, but I will give a clue: car keys and whistles are involved.
