Gee, thanks

One of the funniest episodes of the old M*A*S*H show was when an unexploded bomb landed on the grounds of the M*A*S*H unit and stuck in the dirt. Hawkeye was called on to defuse the bomb, with Radar reading instructions from a safe distance. Open the casing...now slide the cover off...now identify the wiring, and so on. Then it was time to cut the wires. Radar continued - cut the blue wire (snip)...now cut the red wire (snip)
..............but not before you cut the yellow wire! Arrrgh! (Everyone runs).

That was funny, but this was less so. We received this message at work from our tech department:
For your convenience, attached see the file named XP Back-up. Click and drag the file to your desktop to save it on your system so that it can be used at any time. Run the back-up file by double-clicking on it and this will save reflections/favorites/desktop items/my documents/etc. It will not back up your Outlook settings/folders. Before running the utility, rename the previous back up folder located on your H: drive (as it will replace all items previously backed up and you might loose something you wanted) [Arrrgh!]
How many people do you think dutifully went through this instruction step by step and had it all done, until they got to the last line? We won't tell you what Rambix did.
