Duncan's reign of terror mounts

To no one's surprise (except the liberals; they're always surprised), Joseph Edward Duncan III is now suspected of being involved in the kidnapping and killing of a 10 year old California boy in 1997.

Why do conservatives in general have the capacity to learn that predators like Duncan will rarely, if ever, be rehabilitated, and should be locked up forever, yet liberals don't? Unfortunately, any liberal involved in these type of cases will be certain to feel the criminal has a capacity to reform, and should be given more chances, probation, etc. What the liberals don't understand is that you can't reform sexual predators. They are defective humans, that's all.

Minnesota has finally passed some rigorous laws regarding sexual predators, in the wake of one too many victims. We'll see how well it works.

Duncan is a bad, bad man. We need to keep him separated from civilized society for the rest of his life. We suspect there's enough cause in his case to even overcome the most liberal of judges.
