Minneapolis only wants criminals to have guns

Koscielski's Guns &Ammo in Minneapolis has been a survivor for many years against the thug liberal establishment in Minneapolis. About a decade ago, he won a federal suit against the city after they tried to run him out of town. Now they're trying to zone him out, and he just lost an appeal (It's like being tried by your accuser, and having the accuser's comrades hear your appeal). This means he'll have to stop doing business soon, unless he gets some type of injunction.

Mark Koscielski is a decent guy, and makes no trouble, unless you bring it to him. Then he becomes a fighter. He's the lone guy fighting the city - not a great position to be in.

This story may or may or may not appeal to people outside the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, but it should. This is the anti-gun folks (ok, "liberals") effectively moving toward a gun ban in the city. Mr. Koscielski needs a gun rights group to step up on his behalf, methinks. Your city could be next.
